Winter Extravaganza 2010

Danse Arts Company is proud to announce their partnership with the Chesterfield Community Theater-West County YMCA for our Fifth Annual Winter Extravaganza.  This performance is like non other in town, and raises money for both participating nonprofit organizations.  A family friendly event that keeps all ages engaged and having a fabulous time.  It is a wonderful way to kick of the holiday season for everyone!

Danse Arts Company presents a three act performance that starts at "Santa's Workshop" with elves, dolls, and reindeer,  then celebrate the season in a "Winter Wonderland", and end on a journey through "Ice and Snow" to the "Land of Sweets" with Nutcracker favorites.  Our pre-professional dance company members range in age from 8 years old-Adult. Danse Arts Company also invited our first Youth Cast (ages 4-8yrs) to perform in the show: look for the cute little Teddy Bears in Santa's Workshop, and gorgeous little Angels in the Nutcracker.  We are thrilled to include Guest Artists The Missouri Ballet Theatre, Dexter Bishop as Snow King (from Missouri Ballet), Guest Choreographer-Justin Hogan, and one of our own instructors Debbie Devine as our Russian Soloist.  Company Choreographers: Leah Cordiano-Siemens, Katie McMasters, Debbie Devine, Traci Washington-Borrego, Beth McGuire, and Richard "Tiger" Woods.  We look forward to another holiday season filled with Wonder, Joy, and Enchantment!
